It was an extremely comfortable stay. The units are modern, calm and very clean. Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. We booked executive room, it was a great value. Namesti miru tube station can be reached within 10 minutes walk. Besides, we parked our car onsite. Nothing beats being in Ametyst Hotel Praha.

The location was great, amazing breakfast and loyal staff. Bed was comfy, we loved it. We dined out at Klempirna, set minute walk from the hotel. Recommend this accommodation to friends.

Excellent location, minutes from restaurants :-) Parking with easy access and clean rooms

The hotel was very clean. Located in a very quiet part of town, 10 minutes walk from a tram and minutes from bars

hotel is a little bit in no man's land, it's in the city but if you want to walk to the center you have to walk half an hour, by taxi it's about 10 euros (I made the trip twice) and it doesn't have public transport too close. On the other hand the hotel itself is great. rooms are very good and breakfast and staff are very good.
Parking : there are only 6 or 7 parking places, on the street it is not possible to park (it is very complicated to find space) the parking costs 19euros per day and worst thing is that... there is no way to open the gate of the parking! You have to get stuck in the middle of the pavement and call the hotel to have someone open it for you. One night I was calling about 4 times and no one was answering the phone... in the end they opened me up but... well this is the most annoying thing for my fever

The room, on the 5th floor, was very large and renovated, with a 1.80 mt bed! The bathroom was a little smaller but also very modern and instead of a bathtub it had a shower, which is much more practical. The breakfast has a lot of variety, with a wide schedule and nothing saturated. It is located in a quiet residential area, which does not detract from the options of bars, restaurants, etc. We found it very convenient to get to the center by subway from this square, a short walk from the hotel, since in just two stops we were next to the old town square (Mustek) and a couple more, near the castle (Malostranská). The transport from/to the airport is also very convenient.

The SPECTACULAR breakfast, very varied and simply RICH. The attention in the dining room is very good. AMABLE cleaning service. Lovely rooms and their design.
Slightly insufficient cleaning service, dusty corners of the bathroom, not clean enough, no gel in the shower for a day until we took the dispenser out so they would notice. EDUCATED reception service but nothing WARM or FRIENDLY, forced to greet and smile. Modern rooms and modern bathrooms too but not well maintained the bathroom design very nice but the bathtubs too high and bathroom handles too high. We asked for a solution for the problem of the tub and handle, no problem we were moved to another room... (By the way to one of a beautiful bathroom with handles for handicapped people), not before telling us very politely that we could have said it before. Not having problems of mobility is simply that the bathrooms are not designed for people over 60 or for short people. For a 4 star hotel it is made of less shampoo, gel and soap tablet instead of an all purpose DISPENSER.

our stay has been awesome! great staff (attitude), very dog- and kidfriendly hotel. definitly recommandable! yummy breakfast!
that we had to wait almost an hour on our dinner at the hotel restaurant 'La Galeria'. only one waiter for a full restaurant just did not match up...
-
We found the hotel to be very convenient for getting around and was in pleasant tree lined street area. Our room was very good with all you needed provided, and clean Staff most helpful , restaurant good and breakfast good.Free internet service was most appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

The Ametyst is well located in a Czech district, the room was generally comfortable, the facilities were good and any issues were quickly resolved by the staff.
The only thing we did not like was the two single quilts on the double bed as we feel this undermined the otherwise good comfort levels.
-
good quality in everything. Located close to city center. Very neat and friendly staff. Internet costs only 10 Euro for whole stay.
Too small room. I never thought a 4 star hotel can have such a small room. And the view out of my window was not a good one.
-
The website indicates that the rooms have queen beds and the room I had didnt have one, it had a very tiny and small bed which was very uncomfortable.
-
Location within walking distance to city centre, not expensive access to wifi internet. Although hotel is not modern, it is clean and comfortable with nice choice for breakfast
Parking places - few within the hotel and impossible on the street, though with Prague's communication it is possible to park a car cheaply on the outskirts of the city
-
Comfort and decent breakfast
They tried to make me pay the internet use but I did not. Price is quoted in EUR but want you to pay in CZK at a rate they establish: it was 25 to 1, not bad but is the usual crap in Prague with the exchange rate
